I decided to start training with Bianca because (1) I had just arrived back from Europe and was not happy with how I looked in the mirror, and (2) I was due for a knee reconstruction and knew I needed to lose the extra kilos as well as be stronger and fitter for post surgery. At the first session, I hated my push-ups and struggled massively with them. Bianca constantly encouraged me with not only my push-ups but with every exercise we went through. Throughout my training with Bianca I found that my whole life was better, I had more energy, my outlook on everyday struggles became a lot more positive and as each session went by, I felt stronger and fitter and proud of the person I was, that I felt I had lost for a long time.
